The College of William & Mary wanted to create a "spaceship" to use for their view book and recruiting materials. Using the language pattern of "William & Mary" we placed word juxtapositions over campus imagery, mostly snapshots pulled from Flickr. It earned the name "Ampersandbox." These arrived in prospective students mailboxes as a deck of printed cards. The institution re-purpoused the concept design with a web component (Authored by William & Mary) where students and alumni could contribute their own juxtapositions.
